Well, you are getting so big! It is hard to believe you are 5 years old. You are now 35.6 lbs and in the 25% for weight. You are 42 1/4 inches tall and in the 60% for height. You let them take your blood pressure this year and it was great 105/70 and your pulse was 100.
You also let them do a hearing check and it was normal as well as vision. I am so proud of you.
